Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related. Key Roles and Responsibilities: -Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors. -Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management. May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. -Responsibilities could include: sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities. Job Responsibilities: Candidate must possess Outside Plant Engineering experience including previous experience in National Wireline Planning. Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills. Position will be heavily driving/evaluating our copper reclamation efforts and associated financials (financial acumen). Must be comfortable with all OSPE tools (ORCA, IQ, WALDO, cable records) and processes. Ability to work across silos and teams to drive success. Job Contribution: Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of AT&T technologies. Education: Typically a BS degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related project management experience. Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
