As a Principal in our Venture Capital division, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting high-potential startups and growth-stage companies. You will leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to drive investment strategies, lead due diligence processes, and support portfolio companies in achieving their business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, investment acumen, and a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Education A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, with a proven track record of successful investments. Salary Range $160,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience.
