In this crucial role, you will serve as the online point of contact for customers, delivering information regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general inquiries related to our dealership clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat • Provide precise and timely information about products and services • Assist in scheduling appointments by narrowing down customer needs • Develop and sustain a thorough knowledge base of our continuously evolving offerings • Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation • Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client reporting Required Skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities • Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred) • Strong aptitude for multitasking; prior gaming experience is advantageous • Basic familiarity with internet and window-based computer operations • Positive, professional demeanor and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment Qualifications • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory • High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required • A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process • 2+ years in an office environment, customer interaction, or call center experience is preferred
