Entry Level Community Outreach AssociateResponsibilities: • Work with customers on a daily bases to qualify and enrollment them in products and services offered by our clients • Work within a team environment to strategize and increase sales revenue • Communicate with local customers in a professional manner to foster new relationships and maintain long term • Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development and sales strategies • Manage customer inquiriesdirectly and respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction • Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts • Match client needs to products and services we offer and close sales • Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures • Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team • Act as the main liaison between our company and clients Entry Level Community Outreach AssociateRequirements: • A high school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in customer service, sales, business development or related fields • Professional and confident demeanor with a very warm and sociable attitude • Flexibility and adaptability to change with exceptional time management • The ability to multi-task and to respond well under pressure and treat others with respect Powered by JazzHR Z8kWeJ8LxN Apply Job!
