Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a technology-related field. 2. Strong familiarity with Apple products, services, and ecosystems. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively. 5. High level of comfort working with computer and Internet-based applications. 6. Effective time management skills and ability to work independently. 7. High school diploma is mandatory; further education or certification in customer service or technology is a plus. — • *Responsibilities:** 1. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem. 3. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. 4. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. 5. Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and messages. 6. Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 7.
