About this roll* (Responsibilities) • Partner with Marketing leadership to transform analytical insights into clear narratives and actionable growth strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment on upsell success metrics • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track upsell performance and marketing campaign effectiveness • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify key drivers of customer upsell behavior • Leverage advanced analytical/statistical techniques to predict upsell propensity and optimize targeting • Design and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and quantify business impact • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing analytics to drive innovation within the team • Mentor team members and foster a culture of data-informed decision making across the organization Do you have the right ingredients*? The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
