Job Title: Authorization Data Entry Specialist Location: Action Behavior Centers - Remote Position Compensation: $15/hour, with overtime allowances based on productivity and business need. Job Summary: The Authorization Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the precise management and processing of allocation data, scheduling BCBA calendar invites, and handling various assessment and testing requests This role is crucial in streamlining workflow and improving productivity by centralizing these tasks and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all authorization-related activities. Key Responsibilities: • Allocation Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage allocation data into the company's systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly logged. • Data Entry of Confirmed Authorization Details: Input confirmed authorization details into the system promptly to ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date. • BCBA Calendar Invites: Schedule and manage calendar... invites for BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) sessions, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate scheduling. • Psych Testing Requests: Process, complete, and submit psychological testing requests, ensuring that all required information is gathered and communicated effectively to stakeholders. • Initial Assessment Requests: Handle and process initial assessment requests, ensuring all necessary steps are completed and the requests are submitted in a timely manner. • Improved Productivity: Focusing solely on these specific tasks enhances the productivity of MNS and ADV teams, potentially leading to increased efficiency and output. • Streamlined Operations: Centralizing authorization-related tasks allows for direct auditing and monitoring, improving accuracy and accountability. Qualifications: • Experience: Prior experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not required Training will be provided. • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and calendar management tools Basic knowledge of psychological and assessment processes is a plus. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
