Asset Reporting Analyst
Position: Asset Reporting Analyst Location: Fort Worth, Texas... Visa: GC and USC only Client Domain: Airlines Industry Description Position Description: This Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the IT Asset Management team, contributing to a variety of strategic and ad hoc efforts to advance asset management reporting capabilities at AA, with the goal of providing increased levels of insight and transparency to cybersecurity, incident response, and other teams across the enterprise. The primary responsibility of this analyst will be to analyze asset data from a variety of sources, perform necessary data preparation, and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions.
Requirements
Experience in some aspect of IT asset management, especially automated asset discovery Knowledge and experience across multiple asset categories, including business applications, physical and virtual endpoints, and data sources Working knowledge of the downstream uses and benefits of asset management data Expert with gathering, cleansing, integrating, analyzing, modeling, identifying trends, and presenting large data sets using MS Excel and PowerBI Experience with performing data preparation work (e.g., source, scrub, mine, and integrate relevant data sources) needed for the delivery of BI and data visualization solutions. Experience with ownership of the delivery of BI reporting and dashboards from start to finish Ability to convert ideas and business needs into meaningful report/dashboard designs Demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking and creative problem-solving with the ability to translate data analysis into logical and actionable outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Experience in using computer-based tools and programming languages to implement solutions Expert knowledge of MS Excel 2+ years of experience in some aspect of IT asset management 2+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining large scale business intelligence (BI) and data visualization programs using PowerBI 2+ years of experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools 2+ years of experience with database development Experience With Power Apps And Power Automate Preferred Experience with R or Python programming preferred Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor Ability to analyze complex problems and implement solutions and/or workarounds Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge Proficiency in Agile project management methodology Thank you and If you need any other information, Email me Apply Job!
