Intrinz Inc. is... based in Fishers, Indiana, although the role is remote based with occasional team meetings in Fishers. This position qualifies for paid-time off benefits including holidays. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Manages and coordinates the schedules of Practice Leads, including scheduling meetings and events, conference scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodations, etc. Processes expense reports. • Drafts, proofreads, and/or edits correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Provides operations support to Practice Leads as requested which includes creating visual content for presentation templates or capability statements using PowerPoint, Canva, or other graphic design tools. • Assists Practice Leads with special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking project timelines. May conduct searches for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as requested. • May set up and monitor company booth/table at conferences and other events. • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement. • Serves as back-up to Executive Assistant in providing support to the President during vacations or other out-of-office occasions. • Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Online and proficient in using graphic design tools such as Canva. Education/Experience Two to four years progressively responsible experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. Associate’s degree in business communications or a related field is preferred. Equivalent education/experience considered Apply Job!
