Customer Support Specialist

Role: Customer Support SpecialistResponsibilities: • Communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and emails • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through several technological platforms, including a ticketing system... • Effectively navigate diverse customer inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer serviceMaintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times • Navigate and resolve complex customer inquiries through Freshdesk ticketing system in a fast paced environment • Effectively extinguish customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures • Cover Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST Experience: • 2-3 years of Previous experience in IT/technical support is preferred • 1-2 years of General Customer Support and inbound call experience is preferred • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to quickly analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to describe complex situations • Familiarity with utilizing ticketing systems This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
