Job Description
The UPS Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to shipments, deliveries, and customer information. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Responsibilities ? Accurately enter shipment and delivery data into our system ? Update customer information as required ? Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system ? Maintain... confidentiality of sensitive information ? Assist with generating reports as needed ? Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any discrepancies ? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets Qualifications ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred ? Proven experience in data entry or a related field ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Excellent organizational and time management skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?
