Summary: Under limited supervision, responsible for creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems... FedEx is looking to add a Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst - Zscaler SME. You will support a Zscaler Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution as part of a zero-trust framework, FedEx has an immediate need for an engineer with significant experience with the Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) products. Responsibilities: • Implements technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains. • Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and provides countermeasure recommendations. • Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems. • Perform other duties as assigned. Skills – • General knowledge of hardware, software, and network. • Experience in the implementation, operational support, and troubleshooting of ZIA/ZPA products. • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service • Knowledge of application usage of ports/protocols, DC firewall topology and communication paths. • Understanding data center security policies and application communications. • Zscaler Internet Access • Zscaler Private Access • Zero Trust Network Access • SkyHigh Web Gateway • Check Point VPN • Proofpoint Email Security • Secure Access Gateway • Rolling out Zscaler • Replacing VPN • Experience with Zscaler, • Assisting with migration and implementation with Zscaler, and the policy • Providing troubleshooting with Zscaler Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. This position requires being onsite one to two times per year at the Memphis, TN location. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
