Job Summary:

AT&T, a Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s leading communications service providers, is seeking a part-time Call Centre Operator to join our team in Santa Rosa. The ideal candidate will work less than 4 hours per day and be eligible for a full benefits package including health and dental coverage, paid training, and paid vacations.

Job Description:

As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing product information, resolving technical issues, and providing world class customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound calls in a timely manner

– Follow communication scripts provided

– Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions

– Maintain customer records by updating account information

– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

– Keep up-to-date with product knowledge

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage

– Proficient in relevant computer applications

– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

– Willingness to work in different shifts

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
