Requirements

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to Apple customers via phone, chat, or email.

• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes for each customer interaction.
