This is a position that requires several things, including previous job experience as well as being fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Read, Write and Speak) Requirements: • English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection • This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer • Ability to work California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during Argentinian holidays). We have an immediate opening for a Remote Intake Specialist to join our team. Relevant experience in legal or office settings is not required but is preferred. The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows: • Data Entry • Answering website chats • Answering social media inquiries • Intake Calls • Follow up calls to gather missing information from new or potential clients • Receiving phone calls and helping qualify potential new clients • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Client communication via phone, text, and email The bullet point list above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities and duties of the position.
