Responsibilities • Address backlogged work by compiling reports and importing information through data entry and retrieval from multiple systems. • Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records with precision. • Collaborate with internal users and external resources to meet business objectives and resolve issues. • Ensure the integrity of master data and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Identify and correct errors in data entries, ensuring secure storage and disposal of confidential data. Qualifications • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. • At least one year of experience in data entry. • Experience working with homeless families or individual populations is a plus. • Proficiency in a computer-based work environment with excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel. • Strong attention to detail. Work Schedule And Compensation • Available shifts every day except Sundays and Saturdays. • Compensation ranges from (26.00 to )32.00 per hour.
