Job Description: This is an exciting business opportunity to work remotely as a Remote Hospitality Specialist. Key Responsibilities: • Research and Booking: • Research and book various vacation packages for clients, including hotels, cruises, resorts, flights, rental cars, travel insurance, and excursions. • Itinerary Creation: • Create detailed vacation quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients. • Client Communication: • Communicate clearly with clients via phone and email to understand their travel needs and preferences. • Take client payments in a secure manner. • Training and Development: • Attend live and recorded training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and booking procedures. Requirements: • Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must be a U.S. resident. • Fluent in English. • Possess a smartphone and/or computer (recommended). • Reliable internet access. • Excellent customer service skills. • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
