As an Apple At Home Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice of Apple, helping customers with their questions about our products and services. Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to Apple customers via phone, chat, or email. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. • Educate customers on Apple products and services. • Document and report customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency with Mac OS and iOS is an advantage.
