Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for many of them, handling a range of administrative tasks and projects to help them achieve their goals. This is a contractor role (1099) with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities • Email Management: Organize, filter, and respond to emails. • Online Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed. • Calendar Management: Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule meetings and appointments. • Client/Customer Follow-Up: Engage with clients via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, email, etc. • Document Preparation: Create, proofread, and edit PowerPoint presentations and other documents. • Data Entry: Accurately input data into systems. • Travel Arrangements: Make travel plans and arrangements. • Event Planning Support: Assist with organizing and coordinating events. • CRM Management: Update and manage client relationship management systems. • Email Newsletter Support: Help with the creation and distribution of newsletters. • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts. • Workflow Creation: Develop and implement workflows and processes. • Spreadsheet/Report Preparation: Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports. • Personal Tasks: Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed. • Software Support: Offer support and training on new software and make recommendations. Requirements • Associate or Bachelor's Degree • Availability to work at least 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week) • Must be based in the U.S. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Availability Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST • Must be able to meet via Google Meet with clients as needed • Commitment to a one-year agreement • Proficiency with internet and computer tasks • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or creative role • Ability to pass background and reference checks Important Notes • We participate in E-Verify. • We are accepting applications from residents of all states except California, Montana, Connecticut, Oregon, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin. • This application is to join our contractor network.
