Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat platforms to provide assistance and support. - Answer questions about products, services, and policies promptly and accurately. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing suitable solutions. - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and quality of the chat support process. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat or remote setting. - Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. - Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software. - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
