Outbound Customer Service Representative

Description We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Agents. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to customers while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities • Make consistent outbound calls according to program or project requirements. • Accurately document all customer interactions using provided tools. • Provide excellent customer service by upholding integrity and adhering to company policies. • Capture and enter data efficiently. • Upsell products and services as appropriate. • Set appointments in a business-to-customer format. • Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions. Requirements • At least one year of call center experience, including experience with automatic dialers and call scripting. • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills. • Strong people skills, active listening, and effective communication. • Excellent attendance and punctuality. • Sales experience is a plus. • High school diploma or GED. • Basic computer skills and computer literacy. • Experience in an outbound call environment. Work From Home Requirements • PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required). • USB-connected headset. • Webcam. • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions such as pets and children.
