We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, an online chat support company that provides chat representatives to major brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, be able to communicate clearly and professionally via chat, email, and phone, and have experience with data entry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurate data entry while handling inquiries and concerns for our clients' customers.
