LEAD ANALYST, MARKETING MEASUREMENT - REMOTE

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to lead highly visible and highly strategic bodies of work to identify and enable marketing strategies across all pillars of the Marketing organization. The Lead Analyst, Marketing Measurement, will work to analyze and measure various components of the Lowe’s multimillion dollar marketing plan (individual campaigns, quarterly performance... assessments, measures of success, etc.) to determine key actions needed in order to accelerate ROI for the brand. The Lead Analyst, Marketing Measurement, will possess analytical problem-solving agilities, ability to synthesize multiple data points, will demonstrate the ability wrap multiple data points into a cohesive story and strategy. He/she will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, working cross functionally across key stakeholders to drive strong Marketing performance, translating analytical insights into strategies and actions, and ultimately deliver Marketing results. Responsibilities: • Build out learning plans for Marketing campaigns, analyzing the results and creating recommendations as to what to start, stop and continue, driving up ROI on Marketing dollars. • Building out analytically sound test ‘n learn plans for emerging Marketing pilots in the Media, Personalization, Loyalty spaces (as needed). • Leverage MMM/MTA learnings to create macro summaries that influence broader marketing strategies. • Build out MoS models, establish benchmarks, and track performance at the total marketing level. • Work across Marketing to drive recommendations and strategy adoption. • Identify new data sources and models that are needed for effective marketing measurement create use case and recommendations for new data source investment • Lead without authority by working with immediate team and across the enterprise to achieve both the project-specific goals, and the enterprise goals. • Possess a deep understanding of the external analytics, marketing, advertising, brand building environment. Required Experience/Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science or Econometric fields of study • 4 years of experience in data analytics Preferred Experience/Education: • 2 years of experience working in marketing analytics Apply Job!
