Remote Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team for our remote work. This person will drive customer satisfaction by answering questions, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Responsibilities: Manage customer communications - Respond to inbound calls and emails to answer customer questions, requests and issues. Track interactions in CRM - Record customer interactions in internal system for cross-functional knowledge and relationship development.
