Responsibilities • Makes estimate drafts in Xactimate • Creates Job Files • Completes Flow Chart • Customer follow up calls • Process Monitoring Forms • Answer the phones • Works with adjusters regarding billing disputes Qualifications • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel • Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision • College degree preferred but not required • Must have valid Driver's License to apply • Two year of Xactimate experience in contents & fire • Knowledge in Restoration industry The Ream Companies will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
