As a key link in the product development process no two days here will be the same, but there are some things you can count on doing: - Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap - Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements - Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance - Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities. How will you make an impact in this role? As part of the Technology Business Management Organization, the Business & Vendor Management team is responsible for the overall Contractor Lifecycle. This includes all activities required to support the onboarding, offboarding, changes, and payment processes required to manage our contractor population. This represents a significant portion of our overall workforce and therefore focus on standardized processes and tools is essential. The Associate Product Manager will work in close partnership with various stakeholder globally to support the overall Contractor Lifecycle. This will include gaining in-depth knowledge of the processes and associated tools. The Product Owner will be customer facing which will include providing training and guidance to our end users and identifying enhancements that support an improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Include: • Supports multiple customer contact channels including Slack and Email to ensure seamless service enabling following the sun support • Facilitates communication to end users about enhancements and upcoming releases • Identify process and tool enhancements to improve the Contractor Lifecycle customer journey • Coordinates with Global partners in Manila and India for resolution of pending items • Works closely with Internal Stakeholders, End Users, Product Owner(s) and technology team to identify, develop and test enhancements • Reviews/demonstrates functionality with stakeholders and customers Minimum Qualifications: • 3 + years’ end user customer service focused experience, supporting project/product management • Experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making • Experience with process improvement projects • Experience with Microsoft Suite experience Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Portfolio/Financial Management • Bachelors Degree • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire business partners • Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies • Excellent written & verbal communication • Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills • Experience working with rapid and iterative development teams. Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
