What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate. • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs. • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and concisely. • Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed. What Is Required (Qualifications) • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in customer service. • Strong telephone etiquette. • Familiarity with CRM tools. • Excellent communication skills.
