Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including answering questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing. Educate customers about insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based approach. Use exceptional communication skills to meet customer needs effectively while supporting the growth of our business.
