The Live Chat Agent will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients through our live chat system, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also collaborate closely with our team of appraisers and consultants to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
