Position Summary CVS Health's AI & ML Platform (MLP) team develops the internal AI & ML tooling supporting and enabling AI innovation across the company. We help teams create better models, deploy and operationalize their models to production, comply to governance standards seamlessly and standardize MLOps best practices across the company. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the team and lead some of the most innovative work regarding Generative AI, MLOps and AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate is able to drive user research to understand problems to be solved (or "jobs to be done"), use their product intuition to define an interactive product vision, lead Design & UX on user validation, break down capabilities into releases and work with engineering on execution. Required Qualifications 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager, founder or related experience. Preferred Qualifications Excellent product intuition and problem solving skills. Ability to lead UX and Design teams through prototyping/mock-up and user validation. Experience conceiving and building technical products from 0-to-1. General knowledge of the ML Model lifecycle, technologies and tooling. General knowledge of Generative AI models, RAG architectures, Gen AI applications lifecycle. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
