Regional Partner Manager - SLED

We are currently seeking a Regional Partner Manager to join our team and lead our partnerships in the SLED (State, Local, and Education) market. As a Regional Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for ServiceNow by building and managing relationships... with our strategic partners in the SLED market. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and partner management. Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and success in the SLED market through partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the SLED market, including state, local, and education organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize partner opportunities that align with ServiceNow's business objectives. Manage and track partner performance, including sales pipeline, revenue targets, and partner satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports on partner activities and progress to senior management. Develop and deliver presentations, trainings, and other materials to support partner enablement and engagement. Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow's business goals and objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and inform partnership strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners in the SLED market, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
