Content Creation:

- Create and manage content for social media platforms. - Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading blog posts, articles, and marketing materials. - Design simple graphics and visuals for online use. 4.

Project Management:

- Assist in planning and coordinating projects and events. - Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. 5.

Technical Support:

- Provide basic technical support for software and hardware issues. - Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex issues as necessary. - Maintain and update databases, websites, and other digital platforms. 6.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Compile reports and summaries of findings. - Provide recommendations based on research data. • *Skills and Qualifications:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with social media platforms and content management systems. - Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). - Experience in or knowledge of commercial real estate is a bonus. - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. - Prior experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role is preferred. • *Work Environment:** - Remote position with flexible hours. - Requires reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. - Opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
