Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent people management skills and... the ability to adapt to changing situations. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with online clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely responses - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or escalations in a professional manner - Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client interactions - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and engagement Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to changing client needs and preferences Benefits: - Travel & spending expenses - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Life insurance Working Environment: At Coca-Cola, we embrace creativity in a culture that values fresh ideas and inventive solutions.
