- Assist passengers with booking, reservations, ticketing, and flight information.
- Resolve customer issues, including flight disruptions, baggage concerns, and itinerary changes, with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry.
- Adaptability and resilience in handling challenging situations.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates. Working Hours: This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of airline industry practices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset but not required.
