We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Remote Virtual Assistant to support our legal team with administrative tasks and client communication. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist with drafting correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for attorneys. *Client Communication: Handle initial client inquiries via phone or email, gather necessary information, and schedule consultations. *Document Management: Prepare and edit legal documents, including letters, agreements, and court forms. *Research Assistance: Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases as directed by attorneys. *Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client information and case details using our case management system. *Billing and Invoicing: Assist with client billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. *General Office Tasks: Perform other administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing office supplies. Qualifications Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role. *Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. *Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software is a plus. *Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. *Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
