Confident and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strategic planning and presentation skills. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
