Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee. You will: • Develop and coordinate software architecture (Both solution and information architecture) (20%) • Assist PM with Sprint Planning (10%) • Design, Develop, Test and Deploy... Enterprise components related to Ed Steps system application to Microsoft Azure (60%) • Impart knowledge and training to other team members and application developers. (10%) Required Skills and Experience: • 5 years of experience using Microsoft Azure • 3 years of experience developing cloud architecture and adoption strategy for Azure • 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining Azure cloud native IT systems • 3 years of experience in migrating existing .NET application to Azure • 3 years of experience in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery in Azure • 3 years of experience with Azure Technologies (e.g., Azure function, App Service etc.) • 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps including leading Sprint planning activities • 10 years of experience in developing and maintaining IT systems using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred) • 10 years of experience in Relational database technologies (MS SQL (preferred) or Oracle) • 8 years of experience in architecting IT systems using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred) • 5 years of experience in leading teams through multiple stages of software development (from system analysis to deployment) • 5 years of experience in Test Driven Development and test automation • 5 years of experience in Agile Development Methodologies using TFS • 3 years of experience with Angular 7.0 or above with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Jasmine, Karma (or other Angular testing framework) • 5 years of experience with other web UI development tools/languages (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, MVC) • 2 years of experience in .NET CORE 1.0/2.0 using C# • 3 years of experience using ORM Tools (Entity Framework (preferred) or equivalent) Desired Skills and Experience: • 2 years of experience in integration with 3rd party products such as SendGrid and Cloudmersive Those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
