Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and reputed company quality improvement
- Conduct audits of nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review patient records for completeness, consistency, and appropriateness of care.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and provide feedback to nursing staff for correction.
