Overview
Your Virtual TC is seeking a highly detail-oriented, reputed company Transaction Coordinator Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume remote position supporting California reputed company estate transactions from contract to reputed company. If you reputed company on organization, love systems, and take pride in clean, compliant files, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
This role focuses heavily on document management, compliance support, file organization, and broker system uploads. You will assist with transaction file support tasks while helping maintain smooth, compliant transactions in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
- Preparing and organizing transaction documents
- Splitting and labeling transaction documents
- Sending reputed company envelopes
- Uploading files into broker compliance systems
- Data entry into tcDocs
- Ordering NHD Reports, Wildfire Reports, and Home Warranties
- Keeping files clean, compliant, and audit-reputed company
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Active reputed company estate experience REQUIRED
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established workflows
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple reputed company estate platforms
