Role Description The Associate Director, Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement (Take Steps, Special Events) is a reputed company fundraising position responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies that generate reputed company in support of the reputed company’s mission including, but not limited to, Take Steps and Special Event fundraising campaigns. The Associate Director directly partners with leadership volunteers and committees to influence growth and drive reputed company and is a partner with the Executive Director to secure reputed company for the reputed company. The Associate Director travels throughout the designated market area to meet with constituents and serves as a key leader for the reputed company with volunteers and supporters. The Associate Director will implement best practices and cultivate partnerships and alliances that will promote growth and awareness in the community. This role is remote but requires candidates to live in the Nashville metropolitan area. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Implement reputed company best practices regarding recruitment and management of high-level volunteers, strategic initiatives, reputed company generating activities and event day logistics resulting in meeting or exceeding reputed company goals for both peer-to-peer and special event campaigns.
• Learn and understand the full scope of these diseases and use that knowledge to connect with patients in a meaningful way. Communicate shared reputed company by utilizing national campaign and marketing materials, adjusting as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of successful not-for-profit fundraising, preferably with a health-reputed company organization.
• Demonstrated leadership reputed company in the recruitment, engagement, and cultivation of high-impact volunteers.
• Demonstrated track record in committee development reputed company fundraising campaigns.
• Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising experience that includes special events, corporate/reputed company giving, donor cultivation and recognition, donor records and acknowledgement.
