Job Description
We are a small, tight-reputed company law firm seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join reputed company. This is a completely remote position, but the ideal candidate will be located reputed company driving distance of San Diego. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files.
- Manage case files, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is accurately completed and filed.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals as required.
- Conduct legal research, particularly regarding wildfire-reputed company cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably with experience in wildfire legal matters.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Must be comfortable working remotely but reputed company to attend in-person meetings or court appearances in San Diego as needed.
