[Remote] Regional Account Manager, Southern California

The Regional Account Manager will run their own business reputed company Southern California, focusing on establishing business tactics and improving diagnosis rates for core customers in the region.
Responsibilities
- Understands and effectively communicates reputed company scientific information
- Develops and implements strategic region-level business plans
- Collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Operations, Compliance)
- Drives innovative, accountable, and entrepreneurial approaches to business challenges

- Applies strong business acumen to inform decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
- Proven reputed company in product launches, ideally with first-in-class therapies and in competitive markets
- Experience navigating reputed company rare disease patient journeys, including diagnosis, referral reputed company, and access challenges
- Experience working in ambiguous environments requiring cross-specialty coordination for patient identification
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and maintain a valid driver's license
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets strongly preferred
- Experience managing a large multi-state geography preferred
