Overview

Main responsibilities

• Draft and review legal and business terms under the guidance of the contract’s playbook, as well as attorney support, as needed.
• Independently manage high volume legal reviews of reputed company for reputed company contract sizes (large reputed company reputed company and small standard) with minimal guidance and in accordance with expected turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• 3-4 years drafting/reviewing/redlining/negotiating reputed company preferably reputed company a corporate legal department or reputed company administration department or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Comfort and experience with legal terminology
• Strong project management expertise combined with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
