Google AI Architect

Our customer is seeking a Google AI Architect ? with strong hands-on development experience in Google DialogFlow to join their team in the Greater Boston Area in a Remote capacity. ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. ? Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational... applications. ? Experience in delivering technical systems, applications, and presentations. ? Experience in coding using either Java, C , or Python. ? Will focus on Conversational AI and Contact Center applications. ? Will interact with business sponsors/partners, will need to explain technical features, and understand how conversational AI will incorporate into the enterprise ecosystem. ? Will ask / look for any Google Cloud Certifications as well as experience and expertise in Dialogflow CX (min. 6 month ) and any other Conversational AI. Responsibilities: ? Design and develop AI based conversation solutions using AI platform like Google Dialogflow. ? Evaluate solution architectures and identify opportunities for improvement. ? Lead client discussions to translate high-level business requirements into specific technical requirements and produce and communicate solution designs to the development team. ? Actively work with client development teams during design and playback sessions to refine the solution design and any identify improvements. ? Lead the training of intent models and entity extraction models and develop conversational dialog flows using tools and APIs provided by the AI platform. ? Collaborate with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and how information can be provided to fulfill the intents. ? Troubleshoot system and architecture performance based on interaction analytics, and support quality assurance processes and related go-live activities. ? Continuously develop knowledge of emerging technologies and analytics techniques and support the pursuit of business development opportunities. ? This includes advances in conversational AI, understanding of vendor roadmaps, and identification of new capabilities that are released. Qualifications: ? Must have extensive Java experience. ? Proven experience as a DialogFlow Engineer or similar role. ? Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and DialogFlow ES. ? Experience with Google CCAI. ? Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Strong communication and teamwork skills.
