Your Role as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and heartbeat of the brands we represent. You will engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media channels, providing solutions, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of arenaflex. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English will allow you to connect with a diverse customer base and deliver culturally sensitive, effective support.

You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, from resolving account issues to processing payments, de-escalating concerns, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value. Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms, delivering timely and accurate resolutions.
- Connect with customers in a friendly, professional manner, actively listening to understand their needs and concerns.
- De-escalate tense or challenging situations with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring customers receive the best possible outcome.
- Process payments and assist with account-related requests accurately and securely.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly, logging key information for auditing, reporting, and quality assurance purposes.
- Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance objectives, identifying opportunities to offer products or services that meet customer needs.
- Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in any industry.
- Sales Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a sales or sales-related role.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
- Adaptability: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay productive in a remote environment.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while staying composed and objective.
- Active Listening: Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of call center experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Experience working from home or in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
