Key Responsibilities

Live Chat Support and Customer Engagement

  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of incoming chats from potential clients, current customers, and website visitors seeking information about our services, pricing, project timelines, and technical solutions.

  • Deliver accurate, helpful information while keeping response times short and customer satisfaction high.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot client concerns in real time, offering thoughtful solutions that address the root cause of the issue.

Service Education and Consultation
