  • Monitor the aging of accounts receivable, generate timely invoices, and assist the finance team in the collection process.
  • Reconcile purchase orders by matching supplier invoices with internal records, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
  • Conduct a weekly hard count of product labels, documenting any variances and updating inventory records accordingly.

Administrative Support Functions
