Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Workforce Management (WFM) Data Entry Specialist to support our global operations. This part‑time role offers a flexible schedule of fewer than four hours per day, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while earning a competitive hourly rate of $20. As a key member of the arenaflex workforce management team, you will ensure that scheduling, attendance, and related metrics are captured accurately and maintained in our secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and validate workforce management data with a focus on precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain both electronic and paper records, ensuring they are organized, searchable, and compliant with privacy standards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on employee schedules, attendance trends, and staffing metrics.
  • Monitor real‑time attendance data, flagging anomalies and coordinating corrective actions with supervisors.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Operations, and IT teams to reconcile data discrepancies and improve data flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of workforce forecasts by providing clean, reliable historical data.
  • Adhere strictly to data confidentiality policies, safeguarding employee information at all times.
  • Participate in periodic audits and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for data quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry, office administration, or related fields are a plus.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset for spotting inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
