In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance via live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary chat interface for customers, responding to inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Diagnose and resolve product‑related questions, technical issues, and service concerns with empathy and precision.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download) and a functional computer (laptop, desktop, or tablet) with a webcam and microphone.
  • Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Basic computer literacy; comfortable navigating web browsers, email, and chat platforms.
