When our language model encounters a query it cannot resolve with at least 98 % confidence, the conversation is handed off to a human specialist. As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you will be the voice that ensures every interaction remains authentic, helpful, and compliant. Your quick thinking and empathetic communication will keep our top‑tier clients satisfied and will continuously train and improve arenaflex’s AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound chat messages within 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses for common inquiries.
  • Craft ad‑hoc replies that are accurate, relevant, and compliant with industry regulations (e.g., automobile insurance, health insurance, prescription drug plans).
  • Escalate complex or sensitive conversations to leadership or subject‑matter experts promptly.
  • Document emerging FAQs and suggest enhancements to the knowledge base to improve future response efficiency.
  • Maintain a minimum 98 % accuracy rate on all responses, as measured by random audits and quality‑assurance checks.
  • Achieve a productivity benchmark of 60 replies per hour while preserving quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects that refine the chat platform, improve AI training data, or streamline operational workflows.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and continuous‑learning initiatives to stay current with industry trends and arenaflex product updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a real‑time customer service chat environment, preferably supporting financial or insurance verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct responses under time pressure.
  • Advanced typing proficiency (minimum 70 WPM) with a strong preference for touch‑typing over “hunt‑and‑peck.”
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free communication.
  • Professional demeanor and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in automobile insurance, health insurance, or prescription drug plans.
  • Experience working with AI‑assisted chat platforms or CRM systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new product knowledge, industry terminology, and compliance guidelines.
